Competition entry: which character would you bring to life and why?
Reef, because he'd make the most of it. X3 This is my dearest Reef, WITH SKIN PORES!! Thanks to *Dianae and her ridiculously helpful tutorial which I highly recommend. His animal is a d*****n/ B*****a (spoiler XD) so he's playful and funny, although he has a more serious side which comes out slightly less frequently. He can be found in EVOLUTION* which is off hiatus and I'm toning the next 6 pages currently. WHY I ADORE HIM: Reef's the character I feel jumps of the page most when I skecth him. He's (supposed to be) hilarious, witty and sincere, aswell as being a little bit naive and foolish on occaision. He doesn't like it when people label him as a shallow person without deep thoughts, although he realises that his acquired 'funny guy' persona has created this barrier with people. He loves water, and is an incredible swimmer. He's fairly short, but makes up for it by having a big personality. His best friend (who I shall keep anonymous for spoilery purposes) aswell as his girlfriend (likewise) are really the only two who properly get him and see the real him. I know it sounds gay but he has a sea-deep soul. IF HE WERE TO COME TO LIFE (I think we're supposed to do this in the contest): I'd go swimming with him. X3 I guess I'd just show him around my world - he's very enthusiatic and hyperactive about that sort of thing. I can see myself having great big deep meaningful conversations with him, and of course I'd dress him up in my school unform and make him pretend to be me in my Spanish class (what with him being spanish and all I'm sure he'd do a damn sight better than me at it.) In all honesty, I'd probably (as I always do) have a huge crush on him and eventually embarrass myself all over him. If I'm being totally honest. But in the dream it's him what falls for me. (duh) And I love him. X3 I don't care if this wins or not, I learnt a new skill, so I'm proud of myself and (as instructed) have rewarded myself with multiple cups of tea. :3 Oh fuck I forgot his tattoo. God I'm such a penis... reference by ~blacksockstock Reef (c) me PS: I am aware that this picture is upside down. Shhh. |
